En corto: esta app es un material de estudio no oficial para prepararte; no sustituye el examen oficial ni garantiza que apruebes. La app, su diseño, el simulador, los videos y la marca son de la escuela y no se pueden copiar sin permiso. Las preguntas y el reglamento vienen de fuentes oficiales y se citan abajo.

1. Derechos de autor

Esto significa que la escuela conserva todos los derechos sobre esta app: su código, su diseño, el simulador, los videos, las ilustraciones, los textos propios, el nombre «Calle de Oro» y el logo. Nadie puede copiarlos, modificarlos, repartirlos, venderlos ni usarlos en otro sitio, app o escuela sin permiso previo y por escrito.

Esto no cubre el contenido que es de otras personas (el banco de preguntas, el reglamento y las librerías que usa la app): ver los apartados 3 y 5. Para pedir un permiso, escríbenos por WhatsApp.

2. Material de estudio no oficial

Esta app es una ayuda para practicar. No es una publicación oficial de Sertracen, de la ATTT ni de ninguna autoridad, y no tiene relación de dependencia con ellas.
Los puntajes de las pruebas de práctica (Test, Mis 133, Ponte a prueba y Simulador) son solo orientativos. No son un certificado oficial y aprobar en la app no garantiza aprobar el examen oficial.
La Prueba de la escuela es un control interno de la escuela, y su personal es quien la valida.
Las leyes, los requisitos y los exámenes pueden cambiar. Antes de hacer un trámite, confirma con el personal de la escuela o con la autoridad.

3. De dónde sale el contenido

Preguntas de práctica: basadas en el banco de preguntas de Sertracen.
Reglamento: basado en el Decreto Ejecutivo 640 de 2006, tomado del manual IMASEVI 2013. Puede haber reformas posteriores: la norma vigente es la que manda.
Categorías de licencia: según la Ley 146 de 2020.
Trámite y requisitos: los de Sertracen y la ATTT, más los que pide la escuela para algunas categorías.
Señales, ilustraciones, simulador y videos: hechos por la escuela como material propio, a partir de las normas de tránsito.

4. Términos de uso

Puedes usar la app gratis para estudiar. No la uses para copiarla ni para venderla.
Tu código de estudiante es personal: no lo compartas. No intentes alterar resultados ni sobrecargar el servicio.
Nos esforzamos por que todo sea correcto, pero no garantizamos que no haya errores. La escuela no se hace responsable de decisiones tomadas solo con lo que dice la app.
Podemos cambiar, suspender o retirar partes de la app en cualquier momento.
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Panamá.

In short: this app is an unofficial study aid to help you prepare; it does not replace the official exam or guarantee that you will pass. The app, its design, the simulator, the videos and the brand belong to the school and cannot be copied without permission. The questions and the traffic rules come from official sources, cited below.

1. Copyright

This means the school keeps all rights over this app: its code, design, simulator, videos, illustrations, its own texts, the name “Calle de Oro” and the logo. Nobody may copy, modify, distribute, sell or use them on another site, app or school without prior written permission.

This does not cover content that belongs to other people (the question bank, the traffic rules and the libraries the app uses): see sections 3 and 5. To ask for permission, message us on WhatsApp.

2. Unofficial study material

This app is a practice aid. It is not an official publication of Sertracen, the ATTT or any authority, and it has no affiliation with them.
Scores in the practice tests (Test, My 133, Test yourself and Simulator) are only a guide. They are not an official certificate, and passing in the app does not guarantee you will pass the official exam.
The School test is an internal check by the school, validated by its staff.
Laws, requirements and exams can change. Before doing any procedure, confirm with the school staff or the authority.

3. Where the content comes from

Practice questions: based on the Sertracen question bank.
Traffic rules: based on Executive Decree 640 of 2006, taken from the 2013 IMASEVI manual. Later reforms may exist: the law in force prevails.
Licence categories: according to Law 146 of 2020.
Procedure and requirements: those of Sertracen and the ATTT, plus the ones the school asks for some categories.
Signs, illustrations, simulator and videos: made by the school as its own material, based on traffic rules.

4. Terms of use

You may use the app for free to study. Do not use it to copy it or sell it.
Your student code is personal: do not share it. Do not try to alter results or overload the service.
We work to keep everything correct, but we do not guarantee there are no errors. The school is not responsible for decisions made only on what the app says.
We may change, suspend or remove parts of the app at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
