- tu nombre y tu número de cédula (los registra el personal al darte tu código);
- tu código de estudiante (
CDO-…); - cada intento: fecha, aciertos, total de preguntas, porcentaje y si aprobaste (la nota la calcula el servidor de la escuela a partir de tus respuestas);
- ver qué datos tuyos tenemos;
- corregirlos si hay un error;
- borrarlos, o dejar de usarlos;
Privacy policy
Escuela de Manejo Calle de Oro, S.A. · Colón, Panama · Updated: October 2026
In short: the app only asks for personal data if you take the School test. We then keep your name, ID number and result, only to certify your theory test. Only school staff can see them, we do not sell or share them, and you can ask us to correct or delete them at any time.
1. Who is responsible
Escuela de Manejo Calle de Oro, S.A., in Colón, Republic of Panama. For anything about your data, message us on WhatsApp (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).
2. What data we keep
If you take the School test (with the code the staff gives you):
- your name and ID number (entered by staff when they give you your code);
- your student code (
CDO-…); - each attempt: date, correct answers, number of questions, percentage and whether you passed (the school's server calculates the score from your answers);
- a technical security log (start and submission time of each attempt and unusual-use alerts), without your name or ID number.
Your code is not saved on your phone. If there is no internet when you finish, your answers (without code or name) stay on the phone until they are sent, and are deleted if the test expires.
If you only study (Test, My 133, Rules, Simulator): we do not ask for your name or ID. Your progress, best scores and preferences (language, theme, sound) stay only on your phone or computer, and we cannot see them.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. What we use it for
- To certify your theory test and submit it to Educación Vial.
- To keep the school's record of attempts and passes.
Nothing else. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Who sees it and where it is stored
It is stored in a private Google spreadsheet that only authorised school staff can open. Google provides the storage and may process the data on its servers. It is not shared with other people or companies, unless an authority requires it by law or we must submit your test to Educación Vial.
5. How long we keep it
As long as needed to certify your test and up to 12 months after your last attempt. After that we delete it, or sooner if you ask. This includes each week's archived sheets and the emails with the weekly report.
6. Your rights
Under Panama's Law 81 of 2019 (personal data protection), you can ask us to:
- show you what data of yours we hold;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, or stop using it;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before).
Message us on WhatsApp and we will reply as soon as we can. If you feel we did not handle your request properly, you can complain to Panama's data protection authority.
7. Third-party services the app uses
When you open the app, your browser connects to some services that, like any website, receive your IP address:
- Google: fonts, the Contact map, and the spreadsheet where results are stored.
- YouTube: the promotional video thumbnail.
- Cloudflare: the service hosting the app.
- WhatsApp and Instagram: only if you tap those links; their own policies apply there.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change something important, we will update this page and its date.
